Notification of GFR AGM 2013

Under the terms of the Constitution we are required to give you 14 days notice of the Club AGM. As such, we confirm the following:

Glasgow Frontrunners AGM
31st October 2013 at 6:00pm

Offices of Jewitt & Wilkie Architects, 38 New City Road, Glasgow, G4 9JT

With the bulk of the Club Annual Review now being carried out separately at our evening on 26th October 2013, it is intended that this be an efficient meeting, with all business concluded in time for the Thursday Run to go ahead as normal.

The Meeting will however cover:

1) A Statement of the Club’s Accounts and Balance Sheet
2) Approving the Annual Membership Fee and Guest Fee
3) Election of the 2013/2014 Committee
4) Consider any proposed Amendments to the Constitution

With respect to the Committee Elections, the posts to be considered are:

Jog Secretary
2 Ordinary Committee Members

Should you wish to nominate anyone, or put yourself forward, for any of the above roles, please submit your representations as early as possible to the Club Secretary at

Nominees should be fully paid up members, and if nominating A.N.Other, please make sure they are aware of the nomination.

All candidates will be advised in advance of the AGM, and opportunities for remote voting if you are unable to attend will be issued at that time.

A quorum of 20% Membership is required for the AGM to go ahead, we therefore look forward to as many of you coming as possible.
