Get 2013 off to a great start by joining Glasgow FrontRunners for a run. We're Glasgow's inclusive running club - catering for runners of all abilities and all ages!

What you need to run

A decent pair of trainers is recommended and other sports gear which allows movement.

How fit do you need to be?

Our beginners walk/jog will cater for all levels, just make sure you're comfortable jogging for short periods and don't have any medical issues.

Your first week is free, come and join us.

Bring a friend (or two) along with you

We run on Thursdays at 7pm (meet from 6.45pm) and Sundays at 11am (meet from 10.45am) at GCU Arc Gym. You can find out more about running with us and membership.
